The property consists of two apartments, both structured as two-level maisonettes.

The first apartment can accommodate up to four adults and one child. On the lower level, on the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a toilet, while on the upper level, on the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has one double bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person.

The second apartment can accommodate up to four adults and two children. On the lower level, on the first floor, there is a living room, kitchen, and bathroom, while on the upper level, on the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has one double bed, while the living room has a corner sofa that can sleep two children.

Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation features a ceiling fan in the living room and air conditioners in the bedrooms of both units. Guests have access to free WiFi, a TV with Netflix, a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher available only in the second apartment, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
