From the courtyard, there is direct access to the city beach, which is sandy and beautifully maintained. The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four adults and two children. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes bunk beds and a sofa for two.

Upon request, at no additional cost, guests have access to a baby cot.
