Detached House is accommodation in the south-western, quiet part of Nea Potidea and is about 200m from the beach. It is the right place for those who love a quiet vacation, far from the city crowds.

The nearest markets are about 5 kilometers away and are located in the center of town. There are no restaurants near the accommodation.

The house has two levels and is designed to accommodate a maximum of five adults. On the ground floor of the house there is a living room with a kitchen, a pantry and a bathroom with a bathtub, while on the second level, in the attic, there are two bedrooms and a toilet. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds, while the living room has a sofa for one person. From the living room there is access to the side veranda, which is equipped with seating.

All rooms are air-conditioned.

Guests have access to free WiFi, TV, washing machine, tumble dryer on the veranda, fully equipped kitchen with four-burner stove and large oven, large fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and grill in the yard.

The beach near the accommodation is unorganized, there is enough space for those who want to use their own equipment and enjoy the peace.

The accommodation has private parking in the yard.

Cleaning of the accommodation during the stay is done by the guests themselves, while bed linen and towels are not provided.

Detached House is an excellent choice for families with children, as well as for couples and groups of friends.
