Casa Bianca, a ground-floor house designed to accommodate up to four adults and two children over ten years old, features two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa for two in the living room with a kitchen. The living room is air-conditioned, while ceiling fans are present in the bedrooms. There are three bathrooms available. In front of the entrance, there is a veranda with seating set and a partial sea view. In the courtyard, guests have access to a private pool with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Casa Petra, a ground-floor house characterized by natural stone in its structure, was once a fishing house with direct sea access, fully renovated while maintaining its traditional features. It is suitable for up to four adults and two children over ten years old. The first room upon entering the house is an air-conditioned open-plan living room with a sofa, kitchen and bathroom. In the office area at the entrance, an extra folding bed is set up for another child. There are two bedrooms with ceiling fans and double beds, one of which has a private bathroom. Casa Petra is located right by the sea with a private pool measuring 4x7m, sun loungers and a veranda with seating set.

Casa del Sol, a luxurious ground-floor house overlooking the Aegean Sea and the port of Nea Skioni, is designed to accommodate six adults and two children over ten years old. It includes a spacious air-conditioned living room with two sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, four bathrooms in total, two bedrooms with ceiling fans and double beds, as well as a separate bedroom with its own entrance, double bed, private bathroom, TV and air conditioning. Casa del Sol is situated right by the sea and features a veranda with seating and sun loungers.

Among the amenities in these apartments are a hairdryer, washing machine (in Casa del Sol), TV, WiFi and safety deposit box.
