Dimitra Sea View Villa is located in a quiet part of the small and peaceful village of Loutra, about 850 meters from a beach nestled in a small, hidden cove. The villa is modernly furnished, spacious, and airy, providing a pleasant setting for a calm and relaxing holiday. The apartment with three bedrooms, structured as a maisonette, spreads over two levels and can accommodate up to ten adults and one child. On the lower level, at ground floor level, there is a living room with a kitchen and a toilet, while on the upper level, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, the second bedroom has two joined single beds, while the third bedroom contains two separate single beds. In the living room, there are two sofa beds for two persons each and an armchair bed for one child.

Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, a hair dryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic cooktops, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

At the top of the cliff above the sea, there is a spa center that you can visit, while below it there is a natural thermal spring where visitors can enjoy the warm water, although the access is not particularly easy. The water from this spring has a temperature of about 39°C and contains sulfur, making it suitable for the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis, and certain skin conditions.
