Arches House is a two-level studio that accommodates up to four guests. It is ideal for couples, but also comfortably suits a family with two children or a small group of friends. The lower level features a bright and welcoming living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. The upper level consists of an open sleeping area, seamlessly integrated into the overall layout of the studio. A double bed in the sleeping area and a sofa bed for two in the living room ensure restful sleep and comfort, while the spatial arrangement reflects simplicity and functionality.
Upon request, guests may use child-friendly amenities, including a baby crib.
The studio is furnished with everything needed for a comfortable and carefree stay. Air conditioning maintains a pleasant temperature throughout the day, while free WiFi is available across the entire unit – suitable even for remote work. A smart TV in the living room and an additional TV in the sleeping area enhance convenience, along with practical additions such as a hairdryer. The kitchen includes two glass-ceramic cooktops, a microwave, a compact refrigerator with freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle, allowing guests to easily prepare quick and tasty meals if they prefer dining in.
Guests can enjoy the view and fresh air from the private balcony overlooking a city street and the magnificent structure of the aqueduct – a true architectural jewel of Kavala. Whether sipping your morning coffee or an evening drink, the balcony of Arches House offers an ambiance that perfectly unites city life with the magic of Mediterranean summer nights.
Due to the concept of the accommodation and its high hygiene standards, pets are not allowed. The property is maintained in a way that ensures guests’ independence: thorough cleaning is performed before arrival and after departure, while guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. For stays longer than three days, additional sets of linens and towels are provided to ensure maximum comfort.
A major advantage is the private parking spot, which is highly valuable in Kavala’s city center, where parking can often be a challenge. This allows guests the freedom to explore the area by car without stress.
The location of Arches House is one of its greatest strengths – the nearest beach is only 400 meters away, making it particularly convenient for families with children. The old town of Kavala, its impressive fortress, and many traditional taverns and cafes are all within walking distance.
