Kyriaki Summer Resort is the villa in Nea Iraklitsa, about 200m from the beach. In addition to the modern interior, the spacious green yard is another of the advantages of this villa. The equipment of the apartments and the maisonettes give the guests the impression like that they are at home.

The accommodation was built in 2008 and is renting since 2018. There is one maisonette on the first floor and one apartment on the ground floor, connected by the door and can be rented together as whole villa. Supermarket Lidl is 650m away, and the city center is at about 1,7km.

The apartment on the ground floor (70m2) has one double bed in the bedroom and a folding corner sofa and a single bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, stove, electric kettle, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. There is a shower tub in the bathroom. Guests can use the sitting area with table and chairs and a barbecue in the yard.

The maisonette has ​​about 110m2. On the lower level, there’s a toilet (without shower), equipped kitchen with large fridge and stove, as well as a spacious terrace with barbecue overlooking the yard. In the living room, there’s a single sofa bed and an auxiliary bed can be added if needed. On the upper floor, there’s a bathroom with a bath and three bedrooms. Each has air conditioning and a terrace overlooking the yard. Two have one double bed, while the third has one double and a single bed. Only this maisonette has washing machine.

Cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is done after three days.

The yard is spacious and green and we think that this modernly furnished accommodation would be ideal for families and a large group of friends who would like to stay in a place isolated from the crowd and noise.

A parking place can be found in a low-traffic street in front of the accommodation.
