The third floor includes another bedroom with a double bed and access to a large balcony with seating area and views of the sea and the city. Each floor has access to a standard balcony.

Guests have access to internet, air conditioning in each room, TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a microwave. There is a jacuzzi with a glass partition in the bathroom on the second floor, while there is a toilet on the first floor.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

There is no private parking available. Parking can be found in nearby streets close to the accommodation. It is not possible to reach the accommodation itself by car.
