The accommodation is located 6km from Argostoli, on a family estate (101a) strewn with olives, palms, vine and other trees.
10 studios for three persons have one double and a single bed, i.e. one double and an auxiliary bed.
Two apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area. Both rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV, and the kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, oven and washing machine.
There’s also one duplex apartment with one double and two single beds and a bathroom in each bedroom.
All accommodation units are characterized by a high level of cleanliness and have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace or porch with a seating area and a sea view. Bed linen and towels are replaced every three days, while cleaning is performed on a daily basis.
Apart from ample parking, the yard has a barbecue, deck chairs and outdoor furniture. It’s shaded and ideal for socializing, and the large lawn for running and playing, along with toys, will make the youngest ones very happy.
