In front of the studios, there is a porch, i.e. a balcony without a fence, so the sense of the width of the studio is enhanced. Since there are not many accommodation units, privacy is guaranteed.

The accommodation is nicely maintained and the studios are always clean and tidy. Cleaning is performed on daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced every four days.
