**Avista apartments are located just 20 meters from the beach in downtown Ligia. The villa offers accommodation for guests in a studio for two persons and in modern and comfortable apartments for up to five people, with fantastic views of the sea and the greenery. **

The nearest bakery and grocery store are 50 meters away.
The property is about 6 kilometers away from the island’s capital - Lefkas.

Avista apartments has 4 accommodation units:

  • double studio - about 20m2, located on the first floor and consists of one bedroom with double bed, a separate kitchen with a stove with a flat plate and a refrigerator, and a bathroom;

  • apartment 1 - the apartment is about 50m2, located on the first floor and consists of 2 bedrooms with one double bed in one and two single single beds in the other room, toilet and bathroom, kitchen with fridge and stove, terrace with beautiful views;

  • apartment 2 - the apartment is about 60m2, located on the first floor and contains two bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds, bathroom, large kitchen with combined refrigerator and stove with flat plate, terrace with a beautiful view;

  • Georgia apartment - The apartment is about 70m2, located on the 2nd floor and consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and two single beds), large bathroom, large kitchen, living room with sofa beds, TV, air conditioning, wireless internet, balcony with spectacular views. An extra bed can be added as needed, so the apartment can comfortably accommodate two to five people.

All units have a TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, as well as wireless internet.

Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Vila Avista Apartments does not have private parking, but it is easy to find a parking space right around the villa.
