Dimarion Villas is located in the peaceful resort of Agios Nikitas, approximately 2.5 km from the beautiful sandy beach. In this authentic corner of the island, guests can enjoy the privacy of charming villas with private or shared pools, perfect for relaxing under the Greek sun. The accommodation is pet-friendly and ideal for a carefree holiday in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The complex consists of six fully equipped accommodations, arranged in four separate villas that offer an authentic Greek holiday experience.

The first villa contains two separate studios located on the ground floor and the first floor.

The ground-floor studio is intended for up to three adults. It consists of a sleeping area with one double bed and one single bed, as well as a kitchen and a bathroom.

The first-floor studio is suitable for up to two adults. It includes a sleeping area with one double bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

The second and third villas are separate houses but have identical structure and design.

They are maisonettes on two levels and are intended for up to six adults. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The upper level (attic) features two bedrooms and a toilet. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room offers a sofa bed for two people.

The fourth villa includes one studio and one apartment, located on the ground floor and raised ground floor, respectively.

The ground-floor studio accommodates up to two adults. It includes a sleeping area with one double bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

The apartment on the raised ground floor is intended for up to four adults. It consists of a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, and the living room has a sofa bed for two.

Upon request and free of charge, a baby cot is available.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, with air conditioners in the living rooms, while villas with larger apartments also have additional air conditioners in the bedrooms. Guests also have access to free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, and a hairdryer. The smaller studios with kitchenettes include two hot plates, a fridge with freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. The larger studio and apartments are equipped with full kitchens including four hot plates, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

On the verandas or balconies, which are furnished with seating sets, guests can enjoy views of the pool, garden, or mountains.

There are several pools within the complex. Each villa has its own private pool, while guests staying in the apartments and most studios can enjoy a shared pool. The only exception is one studio that does not have access to a pool, but offers a peaceful ambiance and a private terrace surrounded by greenery.

Upon request and free of charge, small pets are allowed.

Housekeeping, as well as linen and towel change, is provided every three days during the stay.
There is also a shared laundry facility within the complex that guests may use free of charge.

Each accommodation includes one private parking space.
