Villa Elia is located in Lefkas-i.e. Frini, 300 meters from the sandy Agios Ioannis Beach in an idyllic surrounding. It is situated on a large lot full of greenery, trees and amenities for children and adults. It offers free Wi-Fi and private parking by the pool, children’s playground and table tennis.

The nearest bakery and shop are about 600m away.

Villa Elia is one of three buildings within the complex of the same name. It offers suites that can accommodate up to four people and studios for two. The accommodation units are renovated, bright and comfortable.

The suites are 50m2 in size, with a double bed in the bedroom and one or two sofa beds in the living area. They have a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, large fridge, dishes, appliances), a dining area, as well as a bathroom with hot tub and hairdryer.

The studios are 19m2 and have one double bed, a smaller but equipped kitchen (small fridge, hob, dishes) and a bathroom with shower.

All accommodation units have a TV, air conditioning, a safe, as well as a terrace or patio overlooking the garden.

Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while cleaning is daily.

You can reach the object by coming to the village of Frini, turn right at the small church, drive about 100m, where you turn left and after 300m turn right, then into the first street on the left and after 100m on the left you reach the courtyard of the villa.
