On the second floor, there are two double studios (30m2) with a double bed and one apartment (56m2) with a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed for two.

The accommodation offers a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dining utensils), air conditioning, wireless internet, TV, bathroom.

The courtyard is clean and well-maintained, with tables and chairs provided for afternoon enjoyment.

Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every third day.

Guests have parking spaces provided in front of the property.
