Verde Guesthouse is only 2 minutes walk from the small city beach in Lygia. Rooms have sea view and there is private parking provided for all guests.

The beach is 150 meters away and it has sunbeds and shade.

The accommodation has six units (3 on the each floor-high ground floor and first floor). Rooms have fridge and private bathroom. All balconies have sea view.

Five rooms are double and can have double bed (10,11,12) or two single beds (4,6) while only one room is triple ad has three single beds. An extra bed can be added in the rooms with double bed.

All the rooms have mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron, TV and A/C. The owners can give kettle if somebody needs it. Baby cot is available upon request.

All the bathrooms have shower with glass side door.

There are two bigger common kitchens which can be used by guests and also one more outdoor kitchen near barbecue.

Cleaning, as well as linen and towels replacement are done after every 3 days.

Private parking is provided for all guests.

The yard has a lots of greenery, barbecue and sitting areas for the guests.

Small pets are welcome with previous request.
