Smartrose Studios is an accommodation in Pondi, 10m from the sea and about 150m from the fantastic sandy beach of Pondi. There is a private parking lot in the yard and all studios (29m2) have a view of the sea. It has a perfect location, with an excellent ratio of price and quality of accommodation.

On the ground floor there is a double bed and a single bed (with the possibility of adding a folding extra bed). On the first floor there is a double bed and a large sofa for two people.

Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed after every fifth day of stay.

Upon arrival at Lefkada, the fastest route is via Nidri as it is easier to drive. After 40km from Lefkas you enter Vasiliki, pass the SPetrol Station, at the first intersection turn right, drive another 120m and at the next intersection turn right towards the town and Pondi beach. Drive straight for another 900m until you come across this accommodation on the right.
