Valley House caters to both adults and families with children. It can accommodate up to six adults. The ground floor includes a living room, kitchen with dining area, and bathroom, while the upper floor features two bedrooms and another bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds that can be joined together as needed. The living room also features a large sofa that sleeps two, adding extra flexibility to the space. The spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and inviting dining room form the heart of this accommodation—a perfect setting for guests to gather, share meals, and create cherished memories.
A baby crib and a highchair can be provided upon request for families with small children.
All rooms in Valley House are air-conditioned. Complimentary Wi-Fi ensures uninterrupted connectivity for streaming, communication, or remote work. Each room is equipped with a smart TV and free Netflix access. The kitchen offers everything needed for meal preparation: a ceramic stovetop with four burners, a large oven, a full-sized fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, espresso and filter coffee machines, kettle, and toaster. Guests also have access to a washing machine, hairdryer, and ironing set, covering all aspects of daily comfort.
One of Valley House’s greatest assets is its large balcony and spacious veranda, which offer a seamless connection to nature and stunning views of the surroundings. Pets are not allowed at Valley House.
Cleanliness is a top priority. The villa is thoroughly cleaned before each guest’s arrival, and light cleaning is performed every other day to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Fresh linens and towels are provided and changed every four days.
The property includes a private parking area that can accommodate two cars. The entire space is fenced and accessible only to guests, providing peace of mind regarding vehicle safety. The parking area is easily accessible, which is especially convenient for families with children or those planning to explore the island by car.
Although situated in a quiet and secluded part of Vasiliki, Valley House is ideally located for quick and easy access to Lefkada’s most beautiful beaches and attractions. The popular Agiofili beach is just 3km away, while the renowned Porto Katsiki beach is 15km away and Egremni beach 20km away—both easily reachable for day trips. The village of Vasiliki, known as one of the best windsurfing spots in Greece, offers numerous taverns, cafés, and local shops. About 25km from Vasiliki, inland near the village of Nidri, visitors can explore the Dimosari Canyon and hike to waterfalls that cascade into natural pools. The surrounding area also features traditional villages such as Agios Petros, Kalamitsi, and Sivros, where guests can enjoy local cuisine, visit small churches, taverns, and wineries that produce local wines—especially vertzami, a distinctive red wine of Lefkada. The village of Sivros is also home to a small ethnographic museum, appealing to those interested in history and folklore. From the port of Vasiliki, guests can take a day cruise to the nearby island of Meganisi, just 10km away by sea.
