Bella Maria Villa is one of the most beautiful accommodations near the beach in Metamorfosi. It is located 200m from the beach and about 500m from the center of Metamorfosi. The nearest supermarket is 150m away, while the nearest bakery is 350m away.
The villa offers 12 accommodation units: six maisonettes spread over two levels on the first floor and six apartments located on the ground floor.
The four-bed apartments on the ground floor are intended for a maximum of three adults and one child. They have a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people. Due to the specifics of the terrain, the apartments are placed in such a way that, viewed from the back of the building, the bedroom is located in the basement.
Apartment number 11 has a spacious living room with a sofa suitable for two people, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a double bed is separated by a sliding door. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, a four-burner stove and a large oven, microwave, kettle, and the bathroom has a washing machine.
The five-bed maisonettes have a capacity of 4+1, and on the lower level they have a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed. Internal stairs lead to an airy gallery with a window, where there are two single beds.
Apartment number 12 with two bedrooms, which is structured as a maisonette, is spread over two levels and can accommodate a maximum of five adults. On the lower level, on the level of the first floor, there is a living room with a sofa for one person, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a toilet. On the level of the second floor, that is, on the upper level, there is a bedroom with two joined beds for one person. The kitchen contains a large refrigerator with a freezer, a large oven and a dishwasher, and the bathroom has a washing machine, which makes the stay of guests even easier. This unit also has two air conditioners, one in the living room and the other in the upstairs bedroom.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, TV, hair dryer, as well as an equipped kitchen with two or four hotplates, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven and a kettle.
Towels and bed linen are changed every five days. Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation unit. There is the possibility of using a washing machine for an additional fee, while the large maisonette no. 12, as well as apartment no. 11, has its own washing machine inside it.
In the spacious, beautifully landscaped, fenced courtyard surrounded by greenery, guests have access to swimming pools for children and adults, sun loungers and umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a bar, a gazebo, children’s facilities and a playground, barbecue facilities, and private parking with a guaranteed space for every guest.
After turning off the main road into Metamorfosi, continue straight towards the sea until the end of the street. Then turn left and continue for about 300m, where you will see the villa.
