Stella’s House is an accommodation in Paradissos area, in Neos Marmaras, near the popular beach awarded with the Blue Flag. It’s regularly maintained and offers bright and neat rooms equipped with everything that’s necessary for a quality holiday. It’s situated on a quiet location surrounded by greenery, outside the busy streets, crowds and noise, it has an arranged courtyard for socializing, enjoying and relaxing, as well as a covered and secure private parking.

The famous Paradissos beach, featuring taverns and various bars, is about 350m away. The closest supermarket is at 400m and the bakery is at 450m. Neos Marmaras center is less than 1km away, and the city beach is about 2km away.

Ten studios with a maximum capacity of up to four people are set on the high ground and the first floor. Double studios mostly have two connected single beds, while triple studios have three single beds, one double and a single bed or one double bed and a sofa bed. In some of the studios, one auxiliary bed can be added.

The studios have a kitchenette equipped with hotplates and a fridge with small freezer compartment, TV, air conditioning, WiFi internet, mosquito nets and a balcony with sitting set and a drying rack. In the bathrooms, there’s a shower tray with curtain. The studios are not big, so the free space around the bed is quite small. Towels and bed linen are provided and replaced after the third night, as well as when cleaning is performed.

On the front side of the house, there’s a beautifully organized paved area with plenty of sitting sets and sun umbrellas, arranged for sitting and enjoying, socializing or reading. In the green part of the yard, there are two outdoor showers, a built-in barbecue and a playing area for children. Parking is within the yard, covered and safe, with enough space for everyone.

At the BP gas station, turn off the main road to the Paradisos area, and after about 250m, turn into the street on the right and you’ll arrive to the accommodation.
