Katerina Mediterranean House is located in the first row to the sea, in the new part of Sarti. It is a great choice for all those who would like to enjoy sea view, to stay close to the center of the place, but still on the quiet location.

In front of the house is sandy beach, you just have to cross the street, on which one there are many bars that offer sunbeds and umbrellas. Bakery and market are just one minute away, while you can reach the center of the place in 5min on foot.

It is a big house divided in two parts, Katerina Mediterranean House and Katerina 2 House. Katerina Mediterranean House is consisted of one duplex apartment (45m2) and seven studios (22-25m2).

The apartment is located on the ground floor and it consists of two bedrooms, each one with one double bed. One triple studio is also on the ground floor, with one double and a single bed. Other studios are located on the first floor. Four triple studios have one double and a single bed, while two double ones have one double bed. All accommodation units are renovated, except three triple studios.

All accommodation units have TV, air conditioning, internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer, balcony with direct or side sea view, bathroom and kitchen. In the bathroom of non-renovated studios there is a shower with curtain, while in the other units there is a shower cabin. In the kitchen of non-renovated studios there are hotplates and small fridge and the renovated ones have microwave too, while the apartment, beside the microwave, also has stove and big fridge. Bed linen and towels are replaced after four days. Pets are welcome.

In a small inner courtyard there’s a built-in barbecue on guests’ disposal. There is no private parking, but there is a free public parking nearby.

The easiest way to reach the house is to follow the road next to the beach, from the old to the new part of Sarti, you will see recognisable white-blue house and you reached your destination.

Katerina Mediterranean House is a great choice for those who’d like to spend a holiday in the accommodation that’s in the first row to the sea and close to the center.
