Within a two-story house in the village of Sikia, located on the Sithonia peninsula in Halkidiki, and not far from the village center, you will find this fully equipped and renovated 2-bedroom apartment of 62m2. The nearest beach is 4.3km away, and according to the owner’s recommendation, nearby beaches that should be visited include Agridia, Valti, Turkolimnionas, and Klimataria beach, ideal for young children.

Near the apartment, there are a supermarket, butcher, bakery, taverns, cafes, a medical center, as well as a playground for children.

This apartment can accommodate a maximum of four people. It features a small entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen with a living room, a bathroom, and two separate bedrooms, as well as a spacious balcony. From the entrance hall, on the left, are air-conditioned bedrooms with access to a large shared balcony. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds. On the right side of the entrance hall, you enter the kitchen with a living room where there is a sofa and an armchair. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering guests a large stove with a flat cooktop with four burners and a large oven, a microwave, a large fridge with a freezer, as well as all necessary dining utensils and a dining table. The bathroom has a built-in shower cabin and a washing machine.

The accommodation features two air conditioners in the bedrooms, a TV, free WiFi internet, a hairdryer, and a washing machine.

Located on the first floor, it has a separate entrance with a large balcony overlooking Mount Athos, covered with a canopy and equipped with a small table and chairs for enjoying morning coffee or tea.

Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
