Maria-Pavlos Studios is an accommodation located in Vourvourou, nestled and secluded from the hustle and bustle, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. It is surrounded by a spacious and beautifully landscaped courtyard, complete with a playground for children, a gazebo with a barbecue, and private parking, making it ideal for families with children.

It is approximately 300m away from the beach and the nearest market. There are also several cafes and taverns at the same distance.

To the right side of the courtyard, there is a building with seven accommodation units, each with two balconies.

Apartment no. 1 is situated on the first floor and features a separate bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed, as well as a double bed in the kitchen area.

Studios no. 2, 3, and 4 are also located on the first floor and have a double bed and bunk beds in the same room as the kitchen.

Apartment no. 5 is on the ground floor and consists of two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds, while the kitchen with the dining area is completely separate.

Studio no. 6 is on the ground floor and is identical to the previous studios, except that it only has a stovetop in the kitchen area, unlike the other studios and apartments which have a mini-oven.

Apartment no. 7 is also on the ground floor and consists of two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and bunk beds, while the kitchen is separate.

Apartment no. 8 is a separate cottage in the courtyard. It has a bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds, as well as a living room with a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen (stove with an oven, large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, electric kettle, etc.).

All units have internet, air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. A washing machine is available for an additional fee. The bathrooms have a separate shower area with a curtain.

Bed linen and towels are replaced by the guests themselves, and clean ones can be obtained on request from the owner every 3-4 days.

To the left side of the courtyard, there is a playground for children and private parking. Adjacent to it is a large wooden table with chairs, covered and suitable for sitting even when the weather is not nice. There is also a built-in barbecue where guests can gather and prepare specialties.

To reach the accommodation, you will drive along the main street in Vourvourou and turn right at Hotel Vergos. 100 meters later, you will see the accommodation.

Maria-Pavlos Studios is an ideal accommodation for families with young children who want to spend their vacation in an exotic villa surrounded by palm trees and greenery, while also being located close to the beach.
