Anastasia Studios is an accommodation near Paradisos beach in Neos Marmaras and it’s a paradise for guests looking for a relaxing holiday on a quiet location, not far from the beach. A beautifully arranged and secure courtyard with lawn, sitting sets, flowers and toys for children, as well as air-conditioned and tastefully furnished studios, with wireless internet, promise all the comfort and peace.

Accommodation is located 180m from Paradisos Beach in Neos Marmaras. The well-known Dimitrios tavern, the fish market and the grocery store, you’ll find at just 60m.

In total there are 13 studios for 2-4 people.

All double studios have one double bed, except for two on the second floor that are with two single beds. These two studios are interconnected by doors, so they can also be used as an apartment witih two bedrooms.

Triple studios studios feature one double and one single bed, with the option to add an extra bed. Quadruple studios have two double beds.

Three studios (double, triple and quadruple) are located on the ground floor (three steps below the ground level) and they’re little bit less quality compared to the studios on the first and second floor. The first floor could be seen as a high ground floor because it’s ten stairs above the ground level.

The quadruple studio on the ground floor has two double beds with baldachin, triple has one double and a single bed (the beds are wooden and this studio has a slightly lower quality compared to the rest), and the double studio has one double bed. In front of the studios on the ground floor, there’s a shared porch with tables and chairs, while the other studios have a spacious private terrace covered with an awning.

The studios are air-conditioned, they have a kitchen with hotplate, refrigerator and necessary dishes, TV, internet and modern sliding mosquito nets. In the bathroom, there’s a shower area enclosed with a wall and curtain (in some there’s a glass wall around the shower instead of a shower tray). Replacement of bed linen and towels is done after three nights.

The yard, as we have already mentioned, is exceptionally beautifully arranged, with a beautiful and well-groomed lawn, children’s facilities and sitting sets. It’s enclosed and safe. Within the courtyard, there’s a private parking lot with six covered spaces, while the rest of the parking lot isn’t covered.

Following the road Nikiti – Sarti main, after the Star Paradise Hotel (on the right side of the road) turn to the second street on the right, drive for 130m and turn left. 30m later you will see Anastasia Studios.
