Eleftheria House is located in the center of Sarti, in close proximity to all events, and only 110m away from the beach. It is ideal for those who are not seeking luxury, but value the proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants.
All amenities are within easy reach, the nearest market is 50m away, and the closest bakery is right next to the accommodation.
The house was last renovated in 2007 and consists of a total of eight studios, located on the ground floor and first floor. The studios are double, triple, or quadruple.
Four double studios (18m2) have one French bed narrower than standard. Two are located on the ground floor, and the other two on the first floor, facing the side of the house. Two triple studios (35m2) have one French bed narrower than standard and one single bed or a folding armchair, with the possibility of an additional bed in one of them. Both studios are on the ground floor, one at the front and the other on the side of the house. Two quadruple studios (40m2) have one French bed narrower than standard and two single beds, located on the first floor, one on the side and the other at the front of the house.
The studios are air-conditioned, have wireless internet, TV, a kitchen equipped with a hob, an electric kettle, and a small fridge with a freezer compartment. They do not have mosquito nets, but guests can arrange with the owners to get a crib and a hairdryer, as well as to use the washing machine. The bathroom has a small tub with a curtain, and the private terraces are equipped with tables, chairs, and a small clothesline. The studios at the front of the house have slightly larger terraces than those on the side.
There is no private parking, so guests can park their car on the street near the accommodation. There is no yard, but in front of the house, there is a small veranda with a table and chairs for sitting.
To reach the house, turn off the main road at the Fact club, then turn left onto the first street, then right onto the second street, and after about 40 meters, you will see the house on the right.
Eleftheria House is a suitable accommodation for those who want to be close to all events, near the promenade, shops, and restaurants, while still not far from the sandy beach in Sarti.
