The quadruple studio no. 104 has one double bed and a sofa bed. Studio no. 103 partially overlooks the sea, while studio no. 104 overlooks the mountain. The quadruple apartment no. 105 partially overlooks the sea from one terrace, and from the other, it overlooks the mountain. It has a double bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed, and an armchair in the kitchen area.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets, internet, and TV. Studios in equipped kitchens have a small fridge and a stove, while the apartment has a large fridge and a stove. All accommodation units have shower cabins, and the apartment also has a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are changed, and the apartment is cleaned every four days.

In the well-kept courtyard, guests have access to a gazebo, barbecue, guaranteed parking space, and a small playground for children.
