Mama Kitsa is a newly built, modernly equipped accommodation located near the town beach, at the transition point between the old and new parts of Sarti. With a small number of units, it is an ideal choice for families and couples who value privacy.

The beach is just 20 meters away, and nearby you will find numerous markets and bakeries, while the town center is 400 meters away.

There are a total of five accommodation units on the elevated ground floor: three triple studios and one five-bed apartment.

The triple studios each have one double bed and either a single bed or a fold-out armchair. The kitchens are equipped with a small fridge with freezer compartment, a stovetop with two burners, a kettle, a toaster, and necessary kitchenware. The bathrooms have tiled shower areas separated by a glass partition. One studio has a partial sea and street view, another faces the street, and one has an entrance from the balcony.

The five-bed duplex apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The kitchen includes a large refrigerator with freezer, a stovetop with two burners, a kettle, a toaster, and all necessary kitchenware. The bathroom has an open shower area (tiled only, without a partition).

All units have a private balcony with table and chairs, as well as air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. A baby cot can be provided upon request. Cleaning and towel replacement are done halfway through the stay.

There is no private parking, but guests can park at a large public parking lot located in front of the property.

Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, turn left at Fact Club, then take the first street on the right and drive all the way to the end. The street then curves to the left—continue straight, and after the second right turn, you will find the accommodation at the corner, right across from the parking lot.

Mama Kitsa is an excellent choice if you want to spend your holiday in modern accommodation close to the beach.
