Mama Kitsa is a newly built, modernly equipped accommodation near the city beach between the old and the new Sarti. Since it has a small ammount of accommodation units, it is an ideal choice for families and couples who value privacy.

The beach is only 20m away, and in the immediate vicinity there are numerous markets and bakeries, while the town center is 400m away.

It has a total of three accommodation units on the high ground floor, two triple studios and one quintuple apartment.

Triple studios have one double bed and one single bed. The kitchens are equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two hot plates, kettle, toaster and the necessary utensils. In the bathroom, the tiles are surrounded by shower glass screen. One studio has a partial view of the sea and the street, while the other overlooks the street. Also, one studio has the entrance from the balcony.

The quintuple duplex apartment has a double bed in one bedroom and one double bed and one single bed in the other. The kitchen has a large refrigerator with freezer, two hot plates, kettle, toaster and necessary utensils. There is a shower (not separated by glass screen, only tiles) in the bathroom.

All accommodation units have a private balcony with table and chairs, as well as air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets and a hairdryer. If necessary, the owners can provide a baby cot. Cleaning of accommodation units, as well as changing of towels are done in the middle of the stay.

There is no private parking, but guests can park in the large public parking lot in front of the property.

Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, turn left at the Fact Club, then into the first street on the right and drive along it all the way. The street then leads to the left, continue there straight and after the second turn to the right you will come across this accommodation which is located on the very corner across from the parking lot.

Mama Kitsa is a great choice if you want to spend your vacation in modern accommodation near the beach.
