Studios (38m2) are a little bit different. One studio has a double and two single beds. Kitchen is equipped with a stove, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and large refrigerator with freezer. Second studio has a double bed and one more double bed narrower than the standard one and two sofas. Kitchen is equipped with hot plates, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and two small refrigerators with freezer compartments. In the bathroom of both studios there is a shower cabin. Balconies have a sea view from afar.

All accommodation units have an air conditioning, TV, internet, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and mosquito nets. When a maisonette and a studio are rented as one unit they have three bedrooms, two kitchens and two bathrooms.

In front and behind the accommodation there is a private parking for all guests.

Coming from the direction of Nikiti, turn to Neos Marmaras on the first turn for it, continue straight and after 400m you will see the accommodation on your right.
