Chalkias Rooms is located in the center of small tourist village, Sykia, on the Sithonia peninsula in Halkidiki. Located at walking distance from the main square, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, shops, bakeries and supermarkets, pharmacies, it is an ideal place for families who prefer privacy with amazing mountain view, 4.5km away from Sykia beach.

This modern accommodation built in 2023 offers total of four studios (36m2). All units are structured on two levels, and can accommodate a maximum of four adults (4 Bed Studio, Two-level). One of the units is adapted to persons with disabilities (4 Bed Studio, Two-level, Disability Access).
The lower level, located on the ground floor, includes a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. There is one single bed with drawer bed for two people. The upper level, which is on the last floor and is reached by internal stairs, has double bed.

Adding a bed with extra cost is not available for this accommodation.

All units have mountain and yard view.

On request and within the price, a baby cot is available.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, all units are mosquito net protected, air conditioning is above the stairs on the upper level, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, smart TV, hair dryer, as well as iron. The kitchen is modernly equipped with necessary dinning set, a two-burner stove, standard refrigerator with a smaller freezer, a coffee machines, a kettle and a toaster.

All units have their own, separate balcony. The living room leads to a private veranda with sitting table with chairs, and umbrella. View is on beautifully landscaped yard, equipped with large tables with chairs under the natural shade. Next to it is common barbeque area.

Yard has designated children’s playing area with slides and trampoline.

Pets are not allowed.

During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning units themselves. Exchange of bed linen and towels is done every three days.

No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but a free parking space can be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, along the street.
