Memories Guesthouse is situated in the old part of Sarti, just a few steps away from the center, and therefore close to shops, taverns, and cafes, with the sandy beach also nearby.

The town beach is located about 200 meters away, while the center with all its amenities is about 50 meters away.

The accommodation includes two triple studios, one in the basement and one on the first floor, two quadruple apartments, one in the basement and one on the first floor, and two quadruple studios, both on the second floor. Triple studios feature one double bed and one folding armchair, quadruple studios have one double bed, a sofa for two, and a folding armchair, while quadruple apartments have one double bed and a sofa for two.

All units are air-conditioned, equipped with internet, TV, and mosquito nets. The kitchens are stocked with necessary utensils. They have a stove with two hotplates, a kettle, a coffee maker, and standard-sized refrigerators with a small freezer compartment. The bathrooms feature tiles with glass partitions, and guests also have access to a hairdryer.

Bed linens and towels are changed every three days, along with the cleaning of the units.

In the unfenced courtyard, there is a seating area. There is no private parking available, but guests can use public parking located about 80 meters away from the accommodation.
