The apartments are maisonettes on two levels and are intended to accommodate seven or eight adults. On the first level, which is at ground-floor level, there is a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. On the second level, which is on the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for one or two persons.

Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby crib is available for guests.
