MK Rustic Stays Apartment is located in Neos Marmaras, on Sithonia, 350m from the beach and about 1km from the city center. The accommodation, situated in a peaceful location far from the city noise, offers a modernly equipped space and a courtyard, perfect for relaxation and a peaceful vacation.

There are two accommodation units available, located on the ground floor, able to accommodate up to two adults and two children. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two. The studio comprises a bathroom and a kitchenette with a double bed and a sofa for two.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.

The air-conditioned units offer a TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, coffee maker, and toaster. The apartment is equipped with four burners, a large oven, and a big refrigerator, while the studio has one burner and a standard fridge.

The bathroom in the studio has a shower cabin with a curtain, while the apartment features a shower with a glass door and a curtain.

From the veranda, furnished with a seating set, guests can enjoy the view of the courtyard. Within the landscaped yard, guests can indulge in barbecue preparation with family and friends.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as change of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.
