Diamant Studios is located in the center of the Nikiti summer resort, on the Sithonia peninsula, in Halkidiki. At only 120 m distance from the beach and 150 m away from the town center, it allows for a carefree holiday in one of the most beautiful small towns in Sithonia, providing the comfort of being at a walking distance from all the important places in the resort. This accommodation is an ideal choice for families, couples and all guests who longe for a relaxing holiday in a peaceful environment, along the sea and in the very heart of Nikiti.

This facility comprises of three studios and one apartment, all located on the first floor. The apartment accommodates a maximum of two adults and two children of up to 18 years of age, while the studios are intended for a stay of up to 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 or less. The apartment consists of a living room with the kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the living room there are two single beds, while a bedroom contains a double bed. All studios are equipped with a double bed and additionally with a sofa for one or two guests, depending on the capacity of the unit.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided at the guests’ request, with prior notice when booking.

All accommodation units have air conditioners, the use of which is included in the price. At guests’ disposal there is a Wi-Fi internet connection, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer and an iron. The kitchen’s equipment is suitable for preparing light meals and contains a refrigerator with a freezer section, a toaster, a coffee machine and a built-in plate with two glass-ceramic hotplates in all units, except for one of the studios, which is equipped with a camping stove with two hotplates.

All units include a balcony, with seating furniture, with a view on the street. Another convenient possibility is the use of the well-maintained common yard which, too, is equipped with seating furniture, as well as the possibility of using a common barbecue grill.

It is not possible to stay in the facility with pets.

Cleaning service is not provided, but there is the possibility of providing it for an additional fee. Linen and towel change services are provided given that the stay is ten days or more long, and is due every five days. For stays shorter than ten days, linen and towel change is not provided.

There is one secured private parking spot for each accommodation unit.

The beach in Nikiti offers a pleasant combination of sand and small pebbles, ideal for relaxation and family vacations. The place has numerous restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, and its atmosphere successfully combines the traditional Greek vibe with modern tourist facilities. The main beach is more than 2.5 km long and is known for its clean, calm sea suitable for swimming. Nikiti is also an excellent starting point for visiting the most beautiful beaches of Sithonia, as well as nearby resorts such as Metamorfosis, 7 km away, and Neos Marmaras, 20 km away. The nearest airport is “Makedonia” International Airport in Thessaloniki (SKG), 84 km away.
