Kaplanis House is the uphill accommodation above the center of Neos Marmaras. It has been recently renovated and offers clean, comfortable, modern and tastefully arranged rooms with quality furniture. In addition to the location with most of the facilities at your fingertips, this accommodation offers comfort and elegance.

The city beach is just over 1km away, while Paradissos beach is at about 600-700m. There’s also one small beach in a cove at less than 400m, not very popular but it can be used. Within walking distance, there are numerous restaurants, bars, taverns, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets and shops that are open till late.

This four-storey house offers 23 accommodation units, 11 double and six triple studios, as well as six Deluxe and Junior suite for a maximum of four i.e. five people.

Double studios have one double bed, while triple studios have one double and a sofa bed. Junior suites have one double bed in the bedroom and two armchairs or a sofa bed for two in the living room. Deluxe suites have two bathrooms, two TV sets, a large and equipped balcony (20m2), one double bed in the bedroom and one double and a single bed in the living room.

Some double studios have a kitchen and some have a mini-bar only. The rest of the accommodation units have a kitchen with a fridge and stove. Amenities include a spacious balcony with awning, sitting set and a tumble dryer, air conditioning, WiFi internet, TV and DVD player. Bathrooms have shower trays with curtains. Iron and ironing board, hairdryer and coffee maker are available upon request.

Rooms are maintained and ventilated daily, with linen and towels replaced every 3-4 days.

There is no yard, and parking is available on the street around the accommodation.

The fastest way to get there is to turn off the main road (from the direction of Nikiti) at the first entrance to Neos Marmaras and continue ahead for about 500m.

Kaplanis House can be a good choice for families and couples looking for well-equipped, functional and tidy accommodation, which, although located in a prime location, it’s still slightly out of the noise and crowd.
