The dining room has a large table with chairs and another air conditioner. Amenities include TV and wireless internet. Around the apartment is a large Г-shaped terrace with outdoor seating set. The bathroom has a shower tray with curtain, as well as a washing machine.

In front of the apartment, there’s an enclosed stone yard with greenery. There is no private parking, so guests can park in the surrounding streets if there’s no space in front of the accommodation.

After turning off the main road at the entrance to Neos Marmaras, make a right to Akropoleos Street and drive for 550m, then turn left and continue down the street for about 80m. Kolovos House is at the corner of the street.
