The nearest Sykia beach is about 4 km away, so we recommend this accommodation only to those who come with their own vehicle. The supermarket is about 700m from the accommodation, while other contents are about 850m away.

It is a house (90m2) which is has two bedrooms.One room has a double bed, while the other one has two single beds. Also, in the living room there is a sofa on which one person can sleep. The accommodation is air-conditioned and has TV, internet, mosquito nets, kitchen and bathroom.

The kitchen is spacious and has a stove with an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker and all the necessary dishes. The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain and a hairdryer. The house is surrounded by a small fenced yard, and it also has a veranda with a table and chairs in front of the entrance.

Changing of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning, are done every four days, and the stay of pets is allowed. Baby cots are also available to guests upon prior request.

As for parking, you don’t have to worry, because the accommodation has its own private parking lot.
