Tatiana House is located at a distance of 200m from the beach in the village of Kalives, south of Poligiros, at the beginning of Sithonia. Due to its favorable strategic location between the first and second prong of Halkidiki, this seaside settlement serves as an excellent starting point for exploring both peninsulas.

At a distance of 350m, there are two markets.

This two-story house includes three independent apartments, but is rented as a whole and is intended for accommodation of a total of 17 people. On the ground floor, there are two smaller apartments of 50m² each, each consisting of a living room with a kitchen and two sofas, one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa, as well as a bathroom. On the first floor, there is the third apartment of 100m² which includes a living room with a kitchen and sofas, three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a sofa for two people, as well as two bathrooms, one of which includes a washing machine. Guests can spend warm summer days on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating sets, offering views of the pool and the sea in the distance.

Within this house, guests have at their disposal air conditioning, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, as well as three kitchens equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment or a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with a large oven and four burners, a kettle, a coffee maker, while only the apartment on the first floor is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. An iron and ironing board are available upon request. Pets are allowed with prior arrangement with the owners and at an additional cost.

Cleaning of the accommodation during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, takes place every third day.

Within the large yard with well-kept lawns and paved paths, guests have access to a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a summer house with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area.

Guests can park their vehicles in the yard.

Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, drive along the main road through the village of Kalives towards Gerakini, then turn slightly right at the Discount market. After 240m, turn right at the sign that reads Village Mare Residences and continue straight for another 150m to the gate on your left to enter the complex - Tatiana House is located within the complex.
