The apartment is a two-level maisonette designed to accommodate up to nine adults. The first level, at ground level, includes a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The second level, on the first floor, consists of four bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features a sofa for one person.

Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby crib is available for guests.
