It offers a single maisonette. On the lower level (semi-based), there are two bedrooms. One bedroom features three single beds, while the other has one double bed, one single bed, and a crib. On the upper level, along with the living room, kitchen, and bathroom, there is one bedroom with a double bed. The living room includes a corner sofa.

The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and juicer. The bathroom includes a shower with a curtain, and guests also have access to a washing machine and a hairdryer.

The maisonette is air-conditioned, equipped with a TV, internet, and mosquito nets. Guests receive a fresh set of towels and linen during their stay. A mandatory cleaning fee of €70 per reservation is required after guests’ departure.
