Although situated around 2km away from Sikia beach, this house is in a good location if you enjoy exploring the surrounding beaches by car.

It offers four maisonettes, one of which is adapted for people with disabilities.

On the lower level, which is on the ground floor, there are a bathroom, a kitchen, and a sleeping area. The maisonette adapted for people with disabilities on the lower level has a double bed, while the other maisonettes have two single beds each. On the upper level, which is in the attic, there is an open gallery with a sleeping area and a toilet. All maisonettes on the upper level have a double bed.

The maisonettes are air-conditioned and equipped with internet, TV, and mosquito nets. The kitchens feature a standard size refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a built-in hob with two burners, a toaster, and a kettle. The bathrooms have a shower area separated by a glass partition and curtain, and guests also have a hairdryer at their disposal.

All maisonettes have a table and chairs outside. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days, while guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the maisonettes themselves.

In the large and beautifully landscaped yard, there is a covered parking area and a gazebo with a barbecue.
