Naysika Villa is the accommodation in a good location, kind owners, nice and clean studios and private parking. A central intersection is at a 5-minute walk, just like the town beach. Balconies are looking the back yard so it is very peaceful surrounding.

Naysika is on the main road, 100 meters from the central crossroad. A large supermarket is across the street, at about 50m. The beach is 300 meters away.

The accommodation offers five studios which can be triple, quadruple and quintuple and they are all on the first floor. Both triple studios have a double and a single bed. One quadruple studio consists of a bedroom with one double and two bunk beds, while the other quadruple studio has one double and a single bed in the bedroom and a sofa for two little children in the kitchen. The quintuple studio has a double and a single bed in the bedroom and a bunk bed in the separate kitchen. All studios have a balcony, kitchen and a bathroom.

Studios (33-35m2) are located on the upper floor and have a separate kitchen in relation to the bedroom. Entrance is from a long, shared terrace overlooking the street. Separate balconies and bedrooms are located on the opposite side, looking to the courtyard and thus are protected from noise and traffic. Bedrooms are smaller, but the great advantage of the studios is in separate kitchens.

TV, air conditioning and mosquito nets are available in all studios. WiFi internet is available and included in the price.

Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed every fourth day.

A small yard with tables and chairs and a small grassy area with toys for children is also available for villa’s guests.

There is a private parking space across the street.

Naysika is in the main street, on the right side when arriving from the direction of Limenaria, a hundred meters before the gas station (BP).

If you’re looking for a decent and new lodging in the city center, at 200-300m from the beach, close to the promenade, shops, souvenir shops and supermarkets, Naysika Villa can be a good choice.
