Villa “Avgoustina” is located in Skala Potamia at about 350 m from the beach in a peaceful area near the hotel “Korina”, recognized by a number of flags at the entrance. The villa “Avgoustina” also has a distinctive entrance to the garden (concrete arch), parking space inside the yard, then a long building on the ground floor with apartments and studios with an entrance directly from outside, through the porch, and a very nice yard in front of the units, with lots of grass, flowers, trees, deck chairs, parasols, tables, chairs, built barbecues, toys for children…

 

There are 4 studios for 2, 3 and 4 people and 2 apartments for 4 people. All are equipped with separate bathrooms (shower curtain around the tub), kitchenette, air conditioning, TV, and traditional wooden apartment furniture. It is all very well maintained and clean.

 

Studios have mostly single beds, in some studios there is a bunk bed, and in some is a double bed, standard-sized or smaller. It is an older building but well maintained, in a large courtyard, surrounded by greenery. The owners are very friendly and unobtrusive, so if you’re not too demanding, but want decent accommodation at affordable prices in Skala Potamia, the Avgoustina villa can be an excellent choice.
