Ermioni Fresh Villa is located on the Tripiti beach. It has an old and new villa so the guests can make the reservation for the house they like best. There is private parking.

The beach is around 50m away from the villa. Wide and sandy beach is ideal for sports such as wallyball. In the sea there are plates in the shallow water. There is also one beach bar. Center of Limenaria with all the shops is 2,6km away.

Ermioni Fresh has two houses that are next to each other. The new villa was built in 2016 and has two storeys. In the ground floor there are two double studios (20m2). These units have a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen. All the units have a balcony with a garden view. Some are bigger than the others. On the upper floor there are two maisonettes (35m2). On the lower level there is one double bed and in the gallery there is another one. Kitchen is fully equipped. In the studio on the corner can be added an extra bed. New villa is consists of two accommodations. One is on the left and the other one is on the right side and they have names Ermioni Villa and Ermioni Fresh Villa.

The old villa has been partially renovated two years ago and owners are taking good care of premises. This villa has ten studios in total and all of them are double (two single beds). The terraces are smaller.

Cleaning and changing bed linen and towels are done in the middle of the stay.

The house has a large yard which is in the shade of pine trees.

Parking is provided for all the guests.

Coming from Prinos, 5km after Skala Maries, you will see Hotel Blue Dream Palace, then Tripiti bungalows and after a curve one right turn at the dirt road leading to the beach. After you turn you`ll see the mansion on the right side of the dirt road, surrounded by pine trees in a big yard.

Villa is and ideal choice for those who want a secluded accommodation on the beach.
