Topouzis Studios 1 is located in Limenaria, on the beach. This is a very affordable and modest accommodation with a great location. From the balconies the guests can enjoy in beautiful sunsets and sea view. The yard is spacious and in it there is a BBQ and parking.

Villa is located in a Limenaria, 1km from the city center. The beach in front of the house is mostly rocky in the sea. Near Topouzis Studios is the Hotel Blue View, located on the most beautiful part of city beach, with sand in the water and on the shore. With a drink the tourists can use sunbeds and umbrellas in front of the hotel.

This is the older but renovated building, built in 1980. It has two apartments and one studio.

The apartments have two bedrooms and a separate kitchen. One bedroom has two single beds and the other bedroom three. The kitchen is well equipped. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace. In the apartments there is a TV in one room and air condition in the corridor. Apartments have around 40m2. The studio is triple (three single beds) and it has around 20m2. It also has a small separate kitchen. All the units have sea view and WiFi.

This building is quite modest. Bathrooms are really small and don’t have a bathtub or a shower cabin (only tiles). Mosquito nets are on the windows. The owner has one washing machine and a hair dryer that the guests can use if needed. Only smaller pets are allowed.

Cleaning, as well as replacement of sheets and towels, are done every five days.

Tha yard is spacious and it has tables and chairs, as well as showers.

Private parking is provided.

Arriving from the direction of Prinos into Limenaria, at 1km before it you`ll see the SunRay hotel on the right side of the main road. To reach the Topouzis Studios 2 you should turn there to the right, next to the hotel SunRay, then to drive to right next to the coast some 100m and you’ll approach the gate of Topouzis Studios.

The benefits of the house are that it is located on the coast, in a quiet area. From the terrace the guests can enjoy in the view of the sea and sunsets. It is an ideal choice for the guests who don’t need modern accommodation.
