La Verde is located in the quiet part of Limenaria, away from the city center and the crowds. The apartments are new and modernly decorated. They go out to the spacious garden.

Vill is about 500m away from the beach, 400m away from the supermarket and 1,5km from the center of Limenaria.

There are two apartments on the ground floor of the house where the owners live. Both apartments are renovated and they’re for rent since summer of 2017.

Both apartments are a few steps below the ground level, as can be seen in the pictures, but they’re well lightened and modernly decorated.

La Verde 1 - smaller green apartment (31m2) that is intended for four people has one double bed and a fold out sofa. The kitchen is equipped and has a small fridge and hot plates.

A larger, blue apartment La Verde 2 (40m2) is intended for four adults (in certain cases a family of five can also be accommodated) and has a double bed, a sofa bed and an extra bed inserted if necessary. The kitchen is equipped, has a portable stove and a large fridge. In addition to the kitchen there is a pantry.

Both apartments have AC, WiFi, hair dryer, mosquito nets and TV. In front of each unit there is a sitting area with table and chairs for the guests of the apartment.

Cleaning, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, are done depending on the length of stay (usualy after three to four days).

There’s direct exit from apartments into a spacious courtyard with barbecue.

Guests can always leave their vehicles on a low traffic street in front of the accommodation.

Arriving from the direction of Prinos, turn left when you reach the crossroads for Discovery Hotel. Continue driving further for around 300m, then turn left at the sign for En Ethria Apartments. After 60m driving uphill you’ll see La Verde Apartments on the right side of the road.

The area is very quiet and for this reason this accommodation is an ideal solution for families who want to rest in silence from everyday routine and noise
