Delikos Apartment is located in the center of Limenaria, close to the promenade and shops but also to the beach. Apartment is nicely decorated, furniture is new and there is a nice balcony in shadow. The owners are very kind.

The city beach is at about 200m, also near Limenaria there are famous beaches you should visit, like Tripiti, Astpas, Metalia, Notos, Roso Gremos and Psili Ammos. First shops and restaurants are 50 meters away.

Accommodation consists of one duplex apartment and it was built in 2017.

Apartment (45m2) is located on the ground floor and has two separate bedrooms, with one double and two single beds, without the possibility of adding an extra bed. From both bedrooms, there’s an exit to the terrace, that’s in the shade and overlooks the courtyard. The kitchen is separated and equipped, with a small fridge and a hot plate, while the bathroom has an edged shower tub.

Cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is performed after 3-4 days.

From the back side of the house there is an area for sitting in the yard (in the shadow).

The owner tries to provide one parking space in the nearby street for the guests of the apartment.

Arriving from the direction of Prinos, at the main intersection turn to the right, then after 60m turn to the first street on the left. After 50m you’ll see Delikos Apartment on your right-hand side.

This accommodation is ideal for couples looking for a combination of peace and good location in the city center.
