Liana Villa is located in Limenaria, in a quiet place, far from the crowd and traffic. Studios are decent and affordable. Villa is 10 minutes walk from the city center, restaurants and bars, supermarkets and taverns.

It is about 600 meters from the city center, and 800 meters to the beach.

It’s small, family house with nice garden, built in 2005. It disposed of a total of five studios, three of which are available for online reservation for the season 2025.

Two of the studios are triple, each featuring one double bed and one single bed, while the third studio is a double with one double bed. One of the triple studios and the double studio have a street view, while the other triple studio overlooks the courtyard. All units are located on the ground floor (just five steps above courtyard level). The furniture is mostly wooden, and the studios are medium-sized (approximately 25m²). The terraces are shared (not divided), but each unit has its own seating area.

Each studio have A/C, TV, bathroom and common balcony.

The towels are being replaced every three days and linen every five days.

In the garden there is barbecue which guests can use and they can enjoy the shadow.

You will get to Liana by turning left on the central crossroad in Limenaria (from Prinos side). Than you go straight around 600m and you will see Liana villa on your left side.

This accommodation is good choice for the ones that want to enjoy south of island with its great beaches as Psili Ammos, Trypiti, Roso Gremos, Notos and it’s also close to Potos (only 5km).
