Liana Villa is located in Limenaria, in a quiet place, far from the crowd and traffic. Studios are decent and affordable. Villa is 10 minutes walk from the city center, restaurants and bars, supermarkets and taverns.

It is about 600 meters from the city center, and 800 meters to the beach.

It’s small, family house with nice garden, built in 2005.

The villa offers five triple studios. Furniture is mostly wooden. Studios are middle size (around 25m2) and they all have balconies.

All the units have a double and a single bed. Extra bed can not be added in any of the studios. Two units have street view, two are located on the side of the house and the last one is at the back looking at the garden. All the studios are in the ground floor (only five stairs above the ground).

Each studio have A/C, TV, bathroom and common balcony.

The towels are being replaced every three days and linen every five days.

In the garden there is barbecue which guests can use and they can enjoy the shadow.

You will get to Liana by turning left on the central crossroad in Limenaria (from Prinos side). Than you go straight around 600m and you will see Liana villa on your left side.

This accommodation is good choice for the ones that want to enjoy south of island with its great beaches as Psili Ammos, Trypiti, Roso Gremos, Notos and it’s also close to Potos (only 5km).
