Lotos Studios - Nikos’s corner is a new villa on a great location in Potos. Although it is located near the road, it was built in a way that the balconies are facing the pool and garden, so are protected from any noise from the street. Units are modern and very clean.

The accommodation is situated on the road to Theologos, on 50m from the central intersection in Potos and 200m from the city beach.

There is also a part of the villa belonging to another owner, with the name Lotos Studios - Rita`s corner. It’s of equal quality and is also offered on this site.

In Nikos part of the villa, you have one double studio on the ground floor, one double and two triple are on the first floor and two triple studios are on the second. The double studio is with one double bed, and triple studios are with one double and one single bed. Adding one extra bed is not possible. Size of double bed studio is 21m2, and triple studio 23m2.

Studios have balconies overlooking the pool. Each studio has a kitchen, bathroom, balcony, hairdryer and satellite TV. All studios are different in colour and schedule of furniture, but the quality is the same.

The villa has wireless Internet, which is available to guests free of charge.

Cleaning is provided every day and changing towels and sheets are on every three days.

The pool is medium sized. Around it, there are deck chairs. Beside the pool, there is a small garden with barbecue.

The swimming pool is open from 9:00-21:00. The prohibition of using the pool is common during the rest hours in the afternoon or at least prohibition of making noise at the pool from 14:30-17:00.

Villa doesn’t have a private parking, but the owners try to provide you with some parking spots next to the villa, on extensions of the road.

If you are coming from Limenaria, at the central crossroads in Potos (next to the amusement park) turn left toward Theologos. After some 50 meters you will see the Lotos villa on the right side of the street.

If you want accommodation very near the center of Potos and all events, a step away from the promenade, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, then Lotos can be a good choice.
