Alrose Luxury Studios is wonderful, luxury and new accommodation in Limenaria. It is located in the quiet part of the village. It had very nice garden and beautiful decorated units. The owners are very kind and the speak native English so communication will not be a problem.

Villa is situated 200m from the closest beach and 170m from the supermarket. The center with all the contents is 600m away.

Villa was built in 2018. It offers seven studios on the ground floor and one big apartment on the first floor.

Studios have all the same interior and they have 22m2. Three of them are frontal and they have garden view (no 1,2,3), one is from the side (no 4) while three are on the back side and they overlook back part of the yard and street (no 5,6,7). All studios have one double bed and one single folding sofa (80cm wide). Bathrooms have half closed shower cabin. Kitchen is well equipped, has one small fridge, stove and microwave. There is no option of adding extra bed.

Apartment (120m2) has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 persons. First bedroom has one double bed. Second has one double bed and one folding sofa bed and exit to the balcony with back yard view. Third bedroom has also double bed + folding sofa and it has private bathroom. Each bedroom has an AC. Living room has corner sofa and big kitchen with cooker, microwave and big fridge. The bathroom which you enter from the living room, has a bathtub. From the living room you also exit to the big balcony that has frontal garden view.

The guests have available iron and feeding baby chair.

Cleaning is done every day and change of towels and linen every third day.

In spacious and very green garden, there are two barbecues available.

Parking is around the house. There is enough space.

When coming from Prinos direction, as soon as you pass Zagos rent a bike from your right side, turn left to the dirt road. Continue straight and after about 70m you will see Alrose Luxury Villa on your left.
