Villa Elpis is located in the quiet area of Limenaria and is an ideal choice for the families and big companies. The accommodation is nicely decorated and it has a parking and BBQ available for all the guests.

The house is located 500m away from the city beach and the center of Limenaria, while the closest supermarket is just 350m away.

The villa offers one duplex apartment on the first floor and two studios on the ground floor. The apartment is suitable for five adults and one child. It has 71m2. In one bedroom there are two single beds, while in the other there is one double bed. In the living room there are a fold out sofa for two adults and an equipped kitchen with a big fridge, stove and a dishwasher. The apartment has two spacious balconies that overlook the Limenaria.

Red Studio is located on the ground floor, it has 41m2 and it is suitable for four adults. There are one double bed, one single bed with a fold out drawer bed and an extra bed. Kitchen is equipped with a small fridge and hot plates. The sealing is lower. Table and chairs for sitting are in the garden, in front of the studio.

Blue Studio is located on the ground floor, it has 30m2 and it is suitable for a family with two children. It has one double bed and a fold out sofa on which two children can sleep. An extra bed can be put. Kitchen is equipped with a small fridge and hot plates. The sealing is lower. Table and chairs for sitting are in the garden, in front of the studio.

The guests can use free WiFi and a washing machine.

The units are cleaned every day, while the sheets and towels are being changed every two days.

The yard is spacious and paved. It has a play ground and a BBQ.

There are three available parking spaces.

Coming from Prinos turn left into the second street after the main cross road in Limenaria. After tavern Koukoutsi continue driving for 200m more and you will see the villa from your left.
