Sea View Studios has an ideal location in the center of Limenaria. All studios are affordable, nicely decorated and have a sea view. The promenade is in front of the villa, and tavernas, shops and the beach are just steps away.

Accommodation is located in the city center, at a distance of 50m from the big city beach and shop.

Four studios are situated in two buildings adjacent to each other. Two studios are on the first floor and two on the second floor and all of them have a beautiful sea view.

The first floor studios have one double bed and one single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small fridge and stove. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The terraces are spacious and have a sea view. One of these two units is slightly smaller than the other.

The studios on the second floor have one double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small fridge and stove. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. These units also have spacious terraces and sea view.

All double beds are smaller size (1.4 x 2m).

All studios also have small terraces on the other side of the house that overlooks the neighborhood and have access from the hallway in front of the studio. They are not part of the units but guests can use them.

Cleaning is done every two days, while linen and towels are changed every four days.

Guests can park their cars in nearby streets.

Coming from the Prinos direction, turn right at the central intersection in Limenaria and descend to the promenade. When you walk right along the sea towards a few restaurants, you will see this accommodation where is Asterias Hotel, above the gift shop.

The villa is an ideal choice for those looking for affordable accommodation in the city center, close to the beach and with sea view.
